This technology, created first by ADVANCE for the sensational OMEGA XALPS, minimises the area of cloth required for the diagonals, without compromising life or strength. The Ripstop yarn in each strip is exactly aligned along the local tension vector: this maintains canopy shape over a long lifetime.
